July 7th & 8th 1962. Musial homered in his last at bat against the New York Mets on July 7th. He followed up with three consecutive home runs the following day July 8 against the Mets. He had a chance to make it five consecutive, but struck out in his last plate appearance. At that he was the oldest player to hit three home runs in one game.
