Dusty Rhodes rounds first after homering off the Indians Early Wynn in the 7th inning of Game 2 of the 1954 World Series. The home rune gave the Giants a 3-1 lead which they were able to maintain and take a 2-0 lead in the series. Rhodes pinch hit for Monte Irvin in the 5th inning and singled driving in the Giants first run, then remained in the game. Unlike the home run in Game 1, there was never a doubt about this one as it hit off the facade in right field. The Giants would go to take the series 4-0.
